The Advanced Information Technology Program prepares students for specialized employment in information technology through pathways in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Systems Administration. This program blends hands-on learning, virtual labs, and classroom instruction to provide the skills and knowledge needed for students to excel in a more advanced information technology career. Students can choose their area of emphasis, each offering specific industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, and CompTIA Linux+ for Networking, CompTIA PenTest+ and CompTIA CySA for Cybersecurity, and CompTIA Linux+ along with TestOut certifications for Systems Administration. The program’s holistic approach ensures graduates not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also gain practical skills essential for success in the ever-evolving Information Technology landscape.
